Unity Intergroup supports in-person and virtual OA meetings throughout Central and Southern Minnesota and Western Wisconsin. Download the meeting lists (below) to find detailed information. To search for online, phone, and in-person meetings anywhere in the world, visit OA.org. Whether you’re new or returning, welcome to Overeaters Anonymous. Welcome home!

Note: Meetings are listed as Central Time and are one hour unless otherwise indicated.

  • To update or cancel an existing meeting: Send changes to cathyunityig@gmail.com. (You’ll need to update OA World Service separately at OA.org.)
  • To add a new meeting: Register your group with the World Service Office, designating Unity Intergroup (09589) as your intergroup. Once your meeting has been approved, email your meeting number, day/time of meeting, Zoom link/ID/password for virtual or location/address for in-person, contact name and phone number, format (e.g., Speaker meeting, OA-HOW, OA-in-Action, Big Book study, Steps & Traditions, etc.), and any additional information to cathyunityig@gmail.com.

Global Meetings Listings

  1. Go to the Find a Meeting page on the website.
  2. Set your Time Zone. If you accepted website cookies, this is set automatically to your local time zone. If not, select it from the list. All meeting times in the results will display in the time zone you choose.
  3. Enter a meeting name or number in the Meeting Name or Group Number field. Or leave it blank to browse all meetings.
  4. Choose a Meeting Type if you want a specific format. Options include Face to Face, Online, Phone, and Non-Real Time. Leave it set to All to see every type.
  5. Choose a Day. Defaults to today if website cookies are accepted. Select Any Day to see all meetings, or pick a specific day of the week.
  6. Add Additional Filters if desired:
